I guess we forgot to write a follow up to the race.. here's one..
Although we lacked cooperation from the weather, we had a good turnout for the race. The early rains made it an interesting, challenging ride. As the day cleared up the trails started to track well and things got a bit faster. The award - race plates were well received and a definite repeat for next year.
There was great feedback on the course layout and trail system in general. Kudo's to the many people working hard all year and especially pre race!!
links have been posted for photos, race results, video from the local newspaper etc.
Thank you for braving the elements, riding with us on the 3rd!! See you again next year..

We have had very positive feedback on the course and the event organization. Here is a note from two of the Solo riders...
" I just wanted to thank you again for a terrific race Sunday. I know how much work and worry goes into these events, and to say you guys pulled it off big time is an understatement. It was tremendous. Thanks for the welcoming environment, the well-marked course and the laid-back atmosphere. You guys really know how to get it done."
We'll do everything we can to spread the word next year. Keep in touch.
Best,
Scott Wishart - Solo Rider
"To the great bunch of race organizers,
Just wanted to say thank you for an absolutely terrific race. I sincerely appreciated that your race was open to everyone, even a slower rider like myself. At the age of 57, I got a real kick out of racing with or behind such a tremendous group of riders on a truly entertaining course. Maybe seven laps will be a possibility next year!
The support of the race crew and other riders was fantastic."
With best regards
Ted Durrant – Solo Rider#10
We hope to have some of the photos posted shortly as well.
